Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy. All returns must be received by our warehouse within 5 days from the day you receive your package. 

Sale items and discounted items are final sale with no EXCEPTION. If a coupon code is used on items, it is considered final sale. Gift cards are also final sale.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

*We encourage you to use a trackable return shipping method to avoid issues with lost package during transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like clothing (such as bathing suits, stockings, or under garments), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
